• The Prestiż magnetic identification card allows you to perform financial operations in every branch of our Bank. Any co-owner of your account also receives one.

Overdraft in Your Eurokonto Account
Overdraft is available to you as early as one month after opening the account. The overdraft limit is set on a case-by-case basis. Each payment to the account is an automatic partial or full repayment of the overdraft and at the same time renews the limit by the amount paid in. To take advantage of the Eurokonto Prestiż overdraft inform your personal banking advisor, who will prepare all the necessary documents.

Free Payment Card
Thanks to the Maestro card you can withdraw cash from cash machines and do shopping all over the world at no commission. Furthermore, the Bank takes over full responsibility for any transactions made after you have lost your card (with the exception of transactions that were made possible by your fault).

Standing Orders
Your advisor can take care of such one-off or regular payments, for example: the rent, gas/electricity/radio/TV bills, telephone bill, and various contributions and instalments paid to private persons and businesses.

Pekao24
A system that enables the use of your Eurokonto 24 hours a day. Thanks to Pekao24, you can access our services by a land-line, mobile phone and/or the Internet. It is the fastest way of obtaining information about your bank account, deposit and loan balances, and available credit card limits. It is also the most convenient way of making bank transfers. The service is available both in Poland and abroad.

The Assistance Package
Our customers can count on our help in the case of an accident or other random incidents. We have created a comprehensive insurance package for Eurokonto account holders - together with the Allianz Insurance Company and the Swiss company Elvia who is the member of Mondial Assistance Group.

This Insurance Covers:

• Help at Home - if there has been an accident or another random emergency incident, we will organise the visit of a doctor or nurse for you, organise house care after hospital treatment and a free-of-charge delivery of medications. In the case of any technical problems we will call the specialist you need (a locksmith, plumber, electrician, roofer, glazier, etc.) and will cover the costs of the repair.
• Assistance During a Car Journey - if during your stay in Poland, your car breaks down, we will arrange for it to be repaired on the spot or towed to the nearest authorized repair center. If the repair proves to be complicated and time-consuming we will provide you with a stay at a hotel, a replacement car, or help in the continuation of your trip.
• Assistance During Travel Abroad - if you become ill or have an accident abroad, we will organize medical treatment and reimburse the cost. If your stay in the hospital is extensive, we will organize a relative's visit and any children under your care will be able to safely return home. Furthermore, we will inform you about all the necessary formalities related to the journey including: Polish embassies and consulates abroad, and will advise you if you lose your documents and credit cards. If necessary, we also offer legal assistance.
