PHONE SERVICE (TELEPEKAO)

The phone service is available at the following phone numbers:

  • 801 365 365* - number available to all clients who can make domestic calls from landline phones,
  • +48 42 683 82 32* - the number is available to clients using mobile phones or calling from abroad.

It provides the option to manage accounts via a touch-tone phone all day, every day:

  • in IVR (Interactive Voice Responce),
  • with the help of the consultant.

How to use phoner service?

  • Dial 801 365 365* or +48 42 683 82 32*.
  • On the phone keypad , select "2", to go to the transaction service
  • Enter client number
  • Approve #
  • Enter PIN
  • Approve #

After authorization you will obtain information on the balance and the amount of funds available on the default account, and then you will be able to perform a transaction by selecting the corresponding option from the presented menu. You can perform a transfer in the automated channel after previously defining the details in the PekaoInternet channel or with the help of a TelePekao consultant.

You can get in touch with a TelePekao consultant by selecting "0" in the main menu.

You can do the following in the automated channel and with the help of a TelePekao consultant: 

  • check the balances of your current accounts, deposits, loans, investment funds, payment cards as well as the list of most recent account transactions
  • place MTs to predefined domestic accounts and or to own account,
  • top up your mobile phone,
  • cancel the TAN Block,
  • check exchange rates.

In addition, in the automated channel you can change your PIN for TelePekao and PekaoSMS channels.

With the help of the consultants' channel you can also do the following:

  • comprehensively manage domestic and international transfers,
  • suspend or reinstate a recurrent payment,
  • open or close a term deposit
  • establish, modify and remove a predefined and a recurrent top-up,
  • create, modify and remove an order for automatic repayment of a debt on account of Bank credit card transactions,
  • submit a direct debit order and a Pekao Request order,
  • order a new PIN for Pekao24,
  • cancel a password to the intermet service,
  • manage access to the Pekao24 channels,
  • switch on or off the SMS alerts service,
  • change the client's details necessary for using Pekao24,
  • change daily and monthly limits for Pekao24,
  • change the method of accepting transactions performed through the internet service,
  • block payment cards,
  • activate or cancel the Bilix channel for the given creditor and pay bills within new function of Pekao24 - eBills.

The examples of transactions available in the TelePekao automated channel are presented below. You will receive precise instructions after selecting a given transaction.

Checking the balance of the default account

  • Dial this number: 801 365 365
  • After getting connected, enter "2"
  • Enter your Client number and confirm with "#"
  • Enter your PIN number and confirm with "#"

After giving the data, you will be given the required information.

NOTE - that means the Eurokonto account, or any other account (it is possible to change the default account through the PekaoInternet or with the TelePekao consultant).

Checking the balance of payment cards

  • Dial this number: 801 365 365
  • After getting connected, enter "2"
  • Enter your Client number and confirm with "#"
  • Enter your PIN number and confirm with "#"
  • Enter "2" and choose from the menu card number or enter the last 4 digits of the card number.
  • Enter "1"

After giving the data, you will be given the required information.

Checking the balance of credit

  • Dial this number: 801 365 365
  • After getting connected, enter "2"
  • Enter your Client number and confirm with "#"
  • Enter your PIN number and confirm with "#"
  • Put in the code for the operation as "24" 

After giving the data, you will be given the required information.

Checking the balance of the term deposit in PLN

  • Dial this number: 801 365 365
  • After getting connected, enter "2"
  • Enter your Client number and confirm with "#"
  • Enter your PIN number and confirm with "#"
  • Put in the code for the operation as "31"

After giving the data, you will be given the required information.

Checking the balances for investment fund account

  • Dial this number: 801 365 365
  • After getting connected, enter "2"
  • Enter your Client number and confirm with "#"
  • Enter your PIN number and confirm with "#"
  • Put in the code for the operation as "32" 

After giving the data, you will be given the required information.

Checking the last 5 operations in the default account

  • Dial this number: 801 365 365
  • After getting connected, enter "2"
  • Enter your Client number and confirm with "#"
  • Enter your PIN number and confirm with "#"
  • Put in the code for the operation as "12"

After giving the data, you will be given the required information.

Transfer from the default account

  • Dial this number: 801 365 365
  • After getting connected, enter "2"
  • Enter your Client number and confirm with "#"
  • Enter your PIN number and confirm with "#"
  • Put in the code for the operation as "131"
  • Enter the shortcut for the transfer, e.g name "rent", you have to press the suitable button with the letter once, that is in this case 299679, confirm also with "#"
  • Enter the amount for the transfer in PLN and confirm with "#
  • Enter the amount for the transfer in groszy and confirm with "#"

After giving the data, the disposal will be accepted for realisation.

Change of PIN for Pekao24

  • Dial this number: 801 365 365
  • After getting connected, enter "2"
  • Enter your Client number and confirm with "#"
  • Enter your PIN number and confirm with "#"
  • Put in the code for the operation as "51"
  • Enter the up to date PIN number and confirm with "#"
  • Enter the new PIN number and confirm with "#"
  • Enter your PIN number again and confirm with "#"

After giving the data, you will receive the confirmation about the change of the PIN.

Deactivation of the TAN Blocks

    • Dial this number: 801 365 365
    • After getting connected, enter "2"
    • Enter your Client number and confirm with "#"
    • Enter your PIN number and confirm with "#"
    • Put in the code for the operation as "53", and then choose the card to be deactivated

You will get the information about the deactivation of the card.
