Candidates to the Supervisory Board of Bank Pekao S.A.

Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank") hereby informs that in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for 22 May 2020, the Bank's shareholder – Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. submitted the following candidates for the members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank:

1. Joanna Dynysiuk

2. Ryszard Kaczoruk

3. Marian Majcher.

The CVs of the above candidates are attached to this current report.

In accordance with the provisions of law, appointment of candidates as members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank will be possible after performance of suitability assessment.
