Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank”) hereby informs that the Bank received an information from Bank Guarantee Fund ("BGF") regarding the amount of the accrued annual contribution to resolution fund of banks for 2022 including the adjusted amount for 2020 and 2021.

The accrued annual contribution to resolution fund of banks for 2022 set for the Bank by the BGF amounts to PLN 207 626 648.15.

Abovementioned amount will be recognised in costs of the Bank in first quarter of 2022.
