Appointment of members of the Supervisory Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna for a new joint term of office

Content of the report:

Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 22 May 2020, taking into account the assessment of compliance with suitability requirements, appointed the members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank for a new joint term of three years, beginning on 23 May 2020.

The following persons were appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Bank:

  1. Mrs. Beata Kozłowska-Chyła – member of the Supervisory Board

  2. Mrs. Małgorzata Sadurska – member of the Supervisory Board

  3. Mr. Marcin Eckert – member of the Supervisory Board

  4. Mrs. Sabina Bigos-Jaworowska – member of the Supervisory Board

  5. Mr. Michał Kaszyński – member of the Supervisory Board

  6. Mrs. Joanna Dynysiuk – member of the Supervisory Board

  7. Mr. Marian Majcher – member of the Supervisory Board

  8. Mr. Stanisław Ryszard Kaczoruk – member of the Supervisory Board

  9. Mrs. Justyna Głębikowska-Michalak – member of the Supervisory Board.

According to the submitted statements none of the members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank conduct any business competitive to that of the Bank and none of the members is involved in a competitive business as a shareholder or partner in a civil law company, a partnership or a corporation or a member of a corporate body of a legal person. According to the submitted statements none of the members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank is registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the KRS (National Court Register) Act of 20 August 1997.

The curricula vitae of the members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank containing information specified in § 10 point 4 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of the state not being a member state, constitute attachments to this current report.

§ 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
