Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (the “Bank”) hereby informs on dates of periodical financial report releases in year 2022:

1. Standalone annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31st December 2021 and consolidated annual report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the year ended 31st December 2021:

– on 3rd March 2022.

2. Consolidated quarterly report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the first quarter of 2022:

– on 28th April 2022.

3. Consolidated semi-annual report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the first half of 2022:

– on 4th August 2022.

4. Consolidated quarterly report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the third quarter of 2022:

– on 3rd November 2022.

Additionally, the Bank informs that the published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will include standalone quarterly financial information and condensed standalone semi-annual financial statement, respectively.

Additionally, the Bank informs that it will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2021 and for the second quarter of 2022.

§ 80 section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance, dated 29 March 2018 re: current and periodical information submitted by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering as equal the information required by the legal provisions of the non-member country.
