Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank") hereby informs that in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for 11 June 2021, the Bank's shareholder – Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna proposed Mr. Marcin Izdebski as candidate for the member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank.

The above mentioned shareholder of the Bank informed the Bank that it had assessed the individual suitability of Mr. Marcin Izdebski to act as member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and regulations in force at the Bank and assessed that the Mr. Marcin Izdebski meets those requirements.

The CV of the above candidate is attached to this current report.

In accordance with the provisions of law, members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank are appointed by the General Meeting of the Bank taking into account the assessment of meeting the requirements set out in Article 22aa of the Act of 29 August 1997 – the Banking Law
