Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") hereby announces that on August 3, 2022, due to the unfavorable market situations, the Management Board of the Bank adopted a resolution not to use the option of early redemption of bond series A in the amount of 1,250,000,000 PLN issued by Bank on October 30, 2017. Bank informed about the issue of the bonds in the current report No. 54/2017 of October 19, 2017.
