Legal counsel and Solicitor (England&Wales) with many years of experience in international law firms (White&Case and CMS Cameron McKenna), UniCredit London Branch, a private equity fund and the Polish Development Fund. 

A graduate of Law at the Jagiellonian University and the Karol Ruprecht University in Heidelberg, as well as the School of American Law within the American Law Center established in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Florida and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the School of German Law established in cooperation with the Jagiellonian Universities, Heidelberg and Meinz. A long-time member of the Audit Committee of the "The Right to Help" Foundation. Currently, Director of the Legal Department of the Polish Development Fund and Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of PFR Ventures Sp. z o. o. Main areas of specialization: banking, corporate and economic law, financing transactions, M&A and restructuring.
