Whistleblowing Procedure at Bank Pekao S.A. implements the requirements of the Polish Whistleblower Protection Act.
The Procedure sets out, in particular, the process for submitting internal reports, the follow-up actions undertaken by the Bank, the conditions for granting whistleblower protection, and the rules governing data protection within the process described in the Procedure.
The report must be submitted under your name and include your contact details. Anonymous reports are not processed under this Procedure.
