Małgorzata Sadurska - Bank Pekao S.A.

She is a member of the Management Board of PZU S.A. since 2017 and from 2017 to 2022, she was a member of the Management Board of PZU Życie S.A., where she currently serves as a Director of PZU Group. 

She graduated of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and a post-graduate program of the Organization and Management at the Lublin School of Business. She obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from the Faculty of Management at Lublin University of Technology. The management studies program was conducted in cooperation with the American University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. 

On the Management Boards of PZU S.A. she is responsible for the Cooperation with Banks Division and Corporate Customer Division. She is also a member of key committees functioning in PZU S.A. and PZU Życie S.A.. 
Until 2017 she was the head of the Chancellery of the President of Poland. From 2005 to 2015, she was a Member of the Polish Parliament.

She was the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) in 2007 and Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

Currently, Małgorzata Sadurska is a member of the Supervisory Board of Link4 TU S.A. and the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Wzajemnych PZUW, POLSKI GAZ Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Wzajemnych and POLSKI GAZ Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Wzajemnych na Życie. She is also a lecturer at the University of Entrepreneurship and Administration in Lublin.
