Marcin Izdebski - Bank Pekao S.A.

Marcin Izdebski graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics. He has gained work experience in the private sector, non-governmental organisations and government administration, with which he has been continuously associated since 2016. During this period, he has held responsibility for supervision over companies with Treasury shareholding. He has been responsible for executing equity transactions involving acquisitions, mergers, and divisions of assets or companies. He has experience based on working for the supervisory authorities of capital companies, including PKO Bank Polski S.A. Currently, he is the Director of the Department of Fuel and Energy Companies at the Ministry of State Assets. Since 2018, he has acted as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Polska Grupa Lotnicza S.A.
