    3. Will the Bank pay dividend in 2021?
      In accordance with the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 11, 2021, the payment of the dividend by the Bank will depend on: (i) the position of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority regarding the dividend policy of commercial banks in the second half of 2021 and (ii)  the supervisory recommendation of the PFSA regarding the Bank's dividend policy in the second half of 2021. The Bank's intention is to pay out 75% of the Bank's net profit for 2020, i.e. PLN 3.21 / share, if the KNF's recommendation allows it.

    2. What to do to participate in the General Meeting of the Bank's Shareholders?
      Pursuant to Art. 4061 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, the right to participate in the OGM is granted to persons who are the Bank's shareholders 16 days before the date of the OGM (Registration Date). An investor who wants to participate in the OGM must purchase the company's shares no later than 18 days before the date of the OGM, as the settlement of the shares takes place 2 days after the purchase. Then, the shareholder should submit to his brokerage house an appropriate instruction to issue a personal certificate confirming the right to participate in the General Meeting. Applications must be made no later than on the first day after the Registration Date. Brokerage houses prepare lists of eligible shareholders and submit them to the National Depository for Securities (KDPW).
