Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (the “Bank”) hereby informs on dates of periodical financial report releases in year 2023:

1. Standalone annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31st December 2022 and consolidated annual report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the year ended 31st December 2022:

– on 2nd March 2023.

2. Consolidated quarterly report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the first quarter of 2023:

– on 27th April 2023.

3. Consolidated semi-annual report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the first half of 2023:

– on 3rd August 2023.

4. Consolidated quarterly report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the third quarter of 2023:

– on 8th November 2023.

 

Additionally, the Bank informs that the published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will include standalone quarterly financial information and condensed standalone semi-annual financial statement, respectively.

 

Additionally, the Bank informs that it will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2022 and for the second quarter of 2023.
