Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the „Bank”) hereby informs that the Bank received an information from Bank Guarantee Fund (the „BGF”) regarding the amount of the accrued annual contribution to resolution fund of banks for 2026 including the adjusted amount for 2025.

The accrued annual contribution to resolution fund of banks for 2026 set for the Bank by the BGF amounts to PLN 413,228,727.43.

Abovementioned amount will be recognised in costs of the Bank in first quarter of 2026.
