Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the „Bank”) hereby informs about a notification received from BlackRock, Inc. on 16 March 2026 on a change in the share in the total number of votes at the Bank’s General Meeting to the threshold of 5%. 

The scope of information included in the notification is presented in the attachment to this current report.
