UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION

Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank”) hereby announces that on 3 November 2025, the resignations were submitted, effective as at the end of 5 November 2025, by:
1)    Mr Andrzej Klesyk from the position of Chairman of the Bank's Supervisory Board and from membership of the Bank's Supervisory Board, 
2)    Mr Radosław Niedzielski from membership of the Bank's Supervisory Board.
In their resignations, the above-mentioned members of the Bank's Supervisory Board did not state the reasons for their resignation.
