Information on purchase of Bank Pekao S.A. Shares

Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby publishes the enclosed information on transactions on Bank's financial instruments, sent by the obliged persons. Management Board of the Bank simultaneously underlines that owing to the fact that two members of Bank's Supervisory Board act in the supervisory board of the entity who made transactions on Bank's financial instruments and in the result notifications reported hereby describe the same transactions twice.
