Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (the „Bank”) hereby informs on dates of periodical financial report releases in year 2026:
1. Standalone annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31st December 2025 and consolidated annual report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the year ended 31st December 2025:
– on 19th February 2026.
2. Consolidated quarterly report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the first quarter of 2026:
– on 30th April 2026.
3. Consolidated semi-annual report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the first half of 2026:
– on 30th July 2026.
4. Consolidated quarterly report of the Bank’s Capital Group for the third quarter of 2026:
– on 29th October 2026.

Additionally, the Bank informs that the published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will include standalone quarterly financial information and condensed standalone semi-annual financial statement, respectively.

Additionally, the Bank informs that it will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2025 and for the second quarter of 2026.

§ 84 section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance, dated 6 June 2025 re: current and periodical information submitted by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering as equal the information required by the legal provisions of the non-member country
