According to the current status of compliance with the Best Practice 2021, the Company does not apply 3 detailed principles: 2.1., 2.2., 2.4.

The publication of statement on the status of compliance with the Best Practices 2021 is solely dictated by the change in the reporting system. GPW recommended that following the launch of the GPW Data system, companies publish statement on the status of compliance with the Best Practices 2021 to enable full use of the new system's functionality. The status of compliance with the Best Practices 2021 has not changed and remains current.
