UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION

Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank”) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 6 November 2025, taking into account the assessment of compliance with suitability requirements, appointed:
1)    Mr Bogdan Benczak and
2)    Ms Diana Dębowczyk
to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Bank for a joint term of three years, which started on 18 April 2024. 

In accordance with the submitted statements, none of the above-mentioned members of Bank’s Supervisory Board does conduct any competitive business activity to that of the Bank, participate as a partner in a civil law partnership, a partnership, or as a shareholder in a capital company, participate in a competitive legal person as a member of a corporate body of that legal person. In accordance with the submitted statements, none of the above-mentioned members of Bank’s Supervisory Board is registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.

The curricula vitae of the members of the Bank's Supervisory Board were provided by the Bank in Report No. 48/2025 of 31 October 2025.
