The Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A. is composed of six members. Members of the Management Board are appointed by the Supervisory Board for a joint three-year term of office. The Management Board ensures that the management system at the Bank is transparent and effective, and runs the Bank's affairs in compliance with applicable laws and Best Practices.
