The Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A. is composed of eight members. Members of the Management Board are appointed by the Supervisory Board for a joint three-year term of office. The Management Board ensures that the management system at the Bank is transparent and effective, and runs the Bank's affairs in compliance with applicable laws and Best Practices. Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Bank Pekao SA is composed of members, appointed by the General Shareholders Meeting for a joint three-year term of office. The rights and obligations of Supervisory Board are specified in the Commercial Companies Code and the Bank's Statute.
