Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank") hereby informs that in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for 6 September 2024, the Bank's shareholder – Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna submitted Mr. Witold Walkowiak as a candidate for the member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank.

The above mentioned shareholder of the Bank informed the Bank that it had assessed the individual suitability of Mr. Witold Walkowiak to act as member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and regulations in force at the Bank and assessed that  Mr. Witold Walkowiak meets those requirements.

The CV of the above candidate is attached to this current report.

In accordance with § 13 point 14 of the Bank's Statute and the provisions of generally applicable law, members of the Bank's Supervisory Board are appointed by the General Meeting of the Bank, taking into account the assessment of compliance with the suitability requirements referred to in art. 22aa of the Act of August 29, 1997 - Banking Law.

§ 19 section 1 point 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
