Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank") hereby informs that in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for 28 November 2024, the Bank's shareholder –  Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Spółka Akcyjna submitted Ms. Magdalena Dziewguć as a candidate for the member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank.

The above mentioned shareholder of the Bank informed the Bank that it had assessed the individual suitability of Ms. Magdalena Dziewguć to act as member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and regulations in force at the Bank and assessed that  Ms. Magdalena Dziewguć meets those requirements.

In accordance with § 13 point 14 of the Bank's Statute and the provisions of generally applicable law, members of the Bank's Supervisory Board are appointed by the General Meeting of the Bank, taking into account the assessment of compliance with the suitability requirements referred to in art. 22aa of the Act of August 29, 1997 - Banking Law.
