Shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna resumed after the break on 19 December 2024

UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION

Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank”) informs that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 19 December 2024 (the “Extraordinary General Meeting”), at which the Extraordinary General Meeting resumed, were represented shareholders holding 196,254,240 shares, entitling to 196,254,240 votes, representing 74.77% of the share capital of the Bank and of the total number of votes at the Bank.

At least 5% of the votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting resumed after the break was held by:

  1. Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A., entitled to 52,494,007 votes from its shares, representing 26.75% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 20.00% of the total number of votes at the Bank;
  2. Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A., entitled to 33,596,166 votes from its shares, representing 17.12% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 12.80% of the total number of votes at the Bank;
  3. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, entitled to 16,834,000 votes from its shares, representing 8.58% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 6.41% of the total number of votes at the Bank;
  4. Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, entitled to 14,140,661 votes from its shares, representing 7.21% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting and 5.39% of the total number of votes at the Bank.
