In reference to current report No. 22/2024 of 9 July 2024, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank") hereby informs that on 8 November 2024 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (the “PFSA”) unanimously approved to appoint Mr. Cezary Stypułkowski to the position of President of the Management Board of the Bank.

The Bank's Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Cezary Stypułkowski to the position of President of the Bank's Management Board as of 5 October 2024, subject to and upon approval by the PFSA. Until such approval is obtained, Mr. Cezary Stypułkowski served as Vice President of the Bank's Management Board directing the work of the Bank's Management Board. Receipt of consent from the PFSA means the fulfillment of the condition from the resolution of the Bank's Supervisory Board dated 9 July 2024 and thus the assumption of the position of President of the Bank's Management Board by Mr. Cezary Stypułkowski upon receipt of consent from the PFSA.

Information about the education, professional career, not performing competitive activities and not entering Mr. Cezary Stypułkowski into the Register of Insolvent Debtors has been presented in the in current report No 22/2024 dated 9 July 2024.
