Bank Pekao S.A. receives the Dream Employer award for its value-based organizational culture

Bank Pekao S.A. won the 5th Dream Employer competition in the "Values-Based Organizational Culture" category. The award confirms the consistently implemented strategy of building a work environment based on authentic dialogue, partnerships, and the daily reinforcement of values.

The competition jury recognized Bank Pekao S.A.'s activities, including the "Straight by Name" initiative, the "Values ​​in Dialogue with Employees" campaign, and the implementation of tools supporting a culture of appreciation, such as the Kudos system integrated with Outlook email. Dozens of organizations competed for the awards in this year's competition, and projects were evaluated based on innovation, measurability, and real impact on employee engagement and business results.
