Bank Pekao S.A. launches mobile bicycle services for its clients

Bank Pekao S.A., in response to the growing popularity of cycling as a means of daily transportation and active leisure, is launching free mobile bike repair services for its customers. The campaign, which begins on May 4th and runs until July 31st, 2026, will cover 75 bank branches across Poland.

On designated days, signage will be set up directly in front of Bank Pekao S.A. branches, where you can perform a basic bike inspection. The service aims to support bank customers in preparing their bikes for the cycling season and promote active and eco-friendly mobility.

Free bicycle inspection at a bank branch

As part of the mobile bike service, Bank Pekao S.A. customers will be able to take advantage of free, basic adjustments and maintenance services, such as chain inspection and lubrication, brake and derailleur adjustments, cable and housing inspections, bolted joint inspections, tire pressure checks and top-ups, general bike diagnostics, and wear assessments. The service is performed on-site on the day the mobile service visits a given branch.

Who can participate and how?

Mobile bike services are available to adult Bank Pekao S.A. customers with an active customer number. Participation is conditional upon collecting a voucher from a participating branch (the number of vouchers is limited), scheduling a specific date and time with a branch employee, and presenting the bike and voucher at the designated time and location. The service is available for bikes weighing up to 25 kg and is provided during the opening hours of the branch hosting the event.

Mobile bike services will visit Bank Pekao S.A. branches in Warsaw, Krakow, Wrocław, Łódź, Lublin, Szczecin, Toruń, Bydgoszcz, and dozens of smaller towns, among others. A detailed schedule of visits, including exact dates and times for each location, is available at bank branches and at this LINK.
