Pekao Impact – from values ​​to experiences in everyday work

Bank Pekao S.A. held a unique event – ​​Pekao Impact – from Values ​​to Experiences, which took place on April 24th at Multikino Złote Tarasy. The initiative brought together employees, leaders, and external experts, creating a space for implementing the bank's values ​​in their daily work.

Pekao Impact was designed as an event in which the bank's values: SIMPLY, TOGETHER, BOLDLY, RESPONSIBLY, WITH DETERMINATION, OPENNESS, and HONESTLY – are not just a declaration, but a concrete guide for decision-making, leadership design, maintaining relationships, and building customer experiences. A key element of the event was the so-called "choice architecture," meaning participants could independently choose thematic paths tailored to their roles within the organization and professional challenges.

The event was attended by 1,200 participants in person and nearly 800 online. The program included presentations by 23 speakers from the world of business, science and innovation, as well as over 30 lectures and discussion panels, including those with the participation of employees and members of the Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A. Seven thematic tracks were run simultaneously, each focusing on one of the values ​​and issues related to customer experience.

Pekao Impact featured renowned experts and practitioners, including Konrad Maj, Mateusz Grzesiak, Roman Młodkowski, Paweł Tkaczyk, Wiktoria Wójcik, Natasza Kotarska, Jakub B. Bączek, Andrzej Tucholski, and Maja Włoszczowska. Financial issues were also discussed by Brunon Bartkiewicz and Cezary Stypułkowski, CEO of Bank Pekao S.A.

The event was co-created with partners ensuring a high level of expertise and technology, including Microsoft, McKinsey & Company Poland, Concordia Design, Ernst & Young, Move4ward Training and Development, Mastercard, and Talent Chase.
