Bank Pekao S.A. again with "Go4Poland – Choose Poland!"

Bank Pekao S.A. is once again actively supporting young Poles as a partner of the prestigious Go4Poland – Choose Poland! program, organized by the GPW Foundation. Go4Poland is an initiative that enables Polish students and graduates of foreign universities to gain practical knowledge, experience, and contacts that will facilitate career development in Poland – both in the private and public sectors.

Go4Poland builds bridges between young Poles studying abroad and the domestic labor market, promoting their return to Poland and active participation in the development of an innovative economy. Participants can expect direct contact with industry leaders, valuable workshops, mentoring, and support in entering the job market, as well as access to paid internships and apprenticeships with renowned organizations.

Bank Pekao Supports Young Talents

As part of the Go4Poland Summer School, Pekao invited participants on a study tour. Young Poles studying abroad had the opportunity to learn about the bank's organizational culture, attend inspiring presentations from leaders, and meet with experts and participants of internship programs. It was a space for exchanging experiences and discussing the courage to take on professional challenges. The bank also joined the Go4Poland mentoring program, in which bank experts support young participants in their professional development by sharing their experience and know-how.

Meetings with program participants were full of energy and openness. "It is precisely the diversity of experiences, the willingness to act, and the desire to co-create a modern organization that truly builds value today – both for young people and for the labor market. At Pekao, we support these attitudes because we believe that the future is created through collaboration and bold decisions," said Marzena Mielecka, Director of the Development Management and Organizational Culture Department at Bank Pekao S.A.

Pekao also actively participated in the final conference "Your Career – Direction Poland!", held at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, sharing knowledge on modern recruitment paths and the development of future competencies, including in the areas of AI and HR, as part of an expert panel.
