Bank Pekao S.A. supports cycling passions by getting involved in the Coffee Race and Ultra Duch Puszczy

Bank Pekao S.A. continues its commitment to initiatives promoting an active lifestyle and a passion for cycling. The bank will soon be participating in two unique cycling projects: Coffee Race and Ultra Duch Puszczy (Ultra Spirit of the Forest).

By co-organizing cycling events, Bank Pekao S.A. encourages exercise, socialization, and shared experiences of sport. Through its activities, it aims to demonstrate that cycling can be both a way to stay active and explore the city, as well as a space for taking on ambitious long-distance challenges.

Coffee Race – "Cycle Kilometers with Bank Pekao S.A." and Enjoy Coffee

On Saturday, June 6th, the next installment of the Coffee Race will kick off in the Tricity area – a project that combines cycling, good coffee, and discovering local meeting places. The event involves completing a selected route, including checkpoints located in selected coffee shops. The Coffee Race is open to various riding styles and skill levels – from recreational cyclists to more experienced cyclists.

As part of its partnership with Coffee Race, Bank Pekao S.A. is preparing a special activation under the slogan "Cycle kilometers with Bank Pekao S.A." Coffee Race participants in selected cities will receive a gift from the bank with a QR code redirecting to specially prepared cycling routes. The routes will also be available on the event website.

Participants who choose to join the activation will be able to log their kilometers traveled in the Strava app. Each month, 10 people – 5 women and 5 men – who cover the greatest distance on the designated routes will receive prizes.

Ultra Duch Puszczy – an extraordinary event in the heart of nature

Another important event in the cycling calendar is the Ultra Duch Puszczy, for which Bank Pekao S.A. is a Strategic Partner. This iconic race began on June 4th and will run until June 7th, 2026. The start and finish lines are located in a unique location – the Hajnówka Forest District, at the gateway to the Białowieża Forest. The route leads through one of Europe's most valuable natural areas – the last primeval lowland forest on the continent, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Participants in the Ultra Duch Puszczy will have the opportunity to tackle various distances – from shorter and easier ones to more demanding ones, such as 360 km and 560 km. This event is for those who, in addition to a sporting challenge, also seek a unique connection with nature and the landscape of Podlasie.

More information about the events can be found on the organizers' websites: Coffee Race and Ultra Duch Puszczy: Home - Ultra Duch Puszczy.
